Licensed in 1965 at the age of 14, Frank has been an active Amateur Radio Operator ever since. Holder of the Amateur Extra Class License along with a host of Federal and Industry RF Professional certifications, Frank has more than 4 decades of experience as a Ham and more than 30 years of professional RF Systems experience.
Working today for a large electric utility as an RF Systems tech and Power Line Interference Investigator, Frank continues to enjoy Ham Radio and all that the hobby entails.
